In 2001, Kimberly Trainer became the Owner and President of Car-Tunes, Inc. located in Greenville, MS. With a professional history in banking and a lifelong love of music, Car-Tunes, Inc. was the perfect destination for her career to thrive. Growing Car-Tunes, Inc. from a small stereo shop established in 1984 to an award winning mobile electronics specialist has been her ongoing vision thorough building expansions, regular renovations, and consistent industry training. Car- Tunes, Inc. is proud to offer cutting edge technology to their clientele. Over the years she has been featured in Mobile Electronics Magazine, offering tips and trends of the trade. Recently highlighted as a Model Mentor, she shared her unique journey with others in hopes of inspiring those looking for a fulfilling career in the mobile electronics industry, while emphasizing how grateful she is for those who contributed to her own business philosophy and sales strategy. Highlights of her honors from the Mobile Electronics Association include the 2020 Mobile Electronics Retailer of the Year and the 2025 Sales Pro of the year. Inspiring her staff to achieve their personal best has lead to Multiple Staff Top12 Installer of the year awards and the Rookie of the Year 2022 Award for the Car-Tunes, Inc. team. Kimberly has presented at industry events such as KnowledgeFest and the MESA Summit in hopes of encouraging others to learn and grow their careers in a fascinating industry. Kimberly is an active member of the Mobile Electronics Association, the Mobile Electronics Specialists of America, and the National Federation of of Independent Business.
