Ray West
Store Manager & COO, Titan Motoring
Ray West is the store manager and COO at Titan Motoring in Nashville, TN. He served in the US ARMY as a Helicopter turbine engine repairer - Depot level specialist. He has been in the 12V industry since 2000. He started as a tech at Best Buy and quickly moved to a specialist shop to further rise to the level he desired. His main area of focus has always been the technical side. How things worked, circuit design and troubleshooting. He has managed and been an owner, and technician over the last 24 years. One of the highlights of my career was becoming an MECP Master and Subject Matter Expert (SME). He has managed four different retail stores each having achieved the prestigious Mobile Electronics Retailer of the Year award. At my current position we have received four Mobile Electronics Expeditor of the Year Awards as well as numerous other articles, awards, and nominations. He now spends his days managing a multimillion-dollar store with 32 employees.
